A recognized Subject Matter Expert, Jeff has contributed to the 4th and 5th editions of COBIT 5 and COBIT 5 for Security, further showcasing his depth of knowledge in governance frameworks. His experience spans various cloud services, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, where he has implemented security and compliance tools like ServiceNow CMDB and Tenable Security Center.
Herb Schreib serves as a key member of the CyberSurv leadership team, bringing over 25 years of global experience in technology, cybersecurity, and cloud architecture. A Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and CISSP/CCSP-certified security professional, Herb leads CyberSurv’s cloud and security architecture, development, and evaluation initiatives, ensuring alignment with critical regulatory frameworks such as FedRAMP and GDPR, and the highest standards of operational resilience and data protection.
Throughout his career, Herb has overseen hundreds of complex IT and security projects spanning cloud migrations, enterprise integrations, and compliance-driven implementations. His background includes delivering secure technology solutions to the U.S. Defense and Diplomatic sectors in more than a dozen countries, as well as holding leadership roles at Fortune 100 telecommunications and consulting organizations.

As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant at CyberSurv, Monica LaCroix is responsible for leading and supporting customer consulting engagements across CyberSurv’s core service lines. She plays a key role in developing and maintaining the firm’s consulting methodologies and best practices, ensuring consistent, repeatable delivery of value to clients. With over 20 years of experience in risk management, PCI compliance, and infrastructure management, Monica brings deep expertise in both technical and governance domains. Before joining CyberSurv, she managed the IT GRC program for a large public company, where she led enterprise-wide compliance and risk initiatives. Earlier in her career, Monica oversaw IT infrastructure operations, led technology support teams, and developed comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and standards to strengthen organizational resilience and regulatory readiness.
Mitchell Horton is a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant with extensive experience leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives across healthcare, financial services, technology, and defense-sector organizations. He specializes in PCI DSS, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-171/CMMC, and GDPR, conducting multi-framework security assessments and helping clients strengthen control maturity and regulatory alignment. His background includes leading PCI DSS engagements as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), performing enterprise cybersecurity risk assessments, supporting CMMC Level 2 readiness efforts, and developing actionable remediation roadmaps for complex environments.
Before joining CyberSurv, Mitchell held senior roles at leading cybersecurity and consulting firms, including Protiviti, Coalfire, A-LIGN, and Pellera Technologies, where he led high-impact audit, compliance, and security assessment programs. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for clear communication, client partnership, and translating complex technical requirements into practical, business-aligned guidance. His experience spans cloud and on-premises architectures, policy and procedure development, audit preparation, and risk reporting for organizations operating in highly regulated industries.
Jari Peters serves as a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant for CyberSurv. She is a highly accomplished cybersecurity and cloud compliance executive with over two decades of experience leading global Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs across commercial and government sectors. She has built and managed large-scale security, risk, and regulatory initiatives for Fortune-50 enterprises and highly regulated industries, specializing in cloud security engineering and alignment with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/5, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks. Jari is deeply experienced in operational and technical risk methodologies, including NIST CSF, RMF, ISO 27005, and FAIR, guiding organizations in strengthening compliance, reducing risk, and enabling secure innovation.
As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, Jari has led enterprise-wide programs such as Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), security policy and awareness initiatives, and global M&A cybersecurity due diligence. Her leadership has supported secure cloud service delivery to more than 43,000 customers worldwide and driven measurable security improvements across federal, healthcare, financial, and public sector environments. James “Jim” Seaman is a Senior Security Consultant at CyberSurv with extensive experience in cybersecurity engineering, operational technology security, and enterprise risk management. He helps organizations strengthen their security posture through detailed assessments, strategic transformation initiatives, and alignment with leading frameworks including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CIS Controls, and NIST.
Before joining CyberSurv, Jim led IS Centurion Consulting Services Ltd, advising executive teams on cyber risk assurance, compliance, and resilience. He has supported FTSE 100 companies, delivered major security uplift programs, and authored respected guidance on ransomware readiness and OT security.
Jim previously held senior information security roles across consulting, financial services, and industrial sectors, following 22 years with the Royal Air Force Police specializing in Protective Security. He holds an MSc in Security Management along with CISM, CRISC, and CDPSE certifications.
Russ Walsh serves as Chief Revenue Officer and Senior GRC Advisor at CyberSurv. He is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience driving business development, enterprise sales, and professional services for some of the world’s most recognized technology companies. He has led engagements across Google, Apple, Facebook, Oracle, Salesforce, IBM, GE, and over 100 startups, delivering enterprise growth through strategic sales execution and operational excellence.
With deep expertise in cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance, Russ has scaled go-to-market initiatives and overseen complex, high-stakes programs involving SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, AI, and privacy standards. His leadership roles at GE, EY, AutoGrid, and GRC21 underscore his ability to align technology with regulatory and market demands.
Known for his strategic mindset and cross-functional leadership, Russ is also a trusted advisor to boards, regulators, and executive stakeholders. He has helped organizations navigate evolving risks while driving sustainable innovation.

Dirk serves as Senior Board Advisor for CyberSurv. He is an information security and blockchain professional with over 30 years of experience in cyber risk and technology management. As the former Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of SALT Blockchain, he oversaw the security of $100s of millions in crypto assets and pioneered unique multi-signature key distribution processes.
Dirk writes and speaks regularly on crypto and blockchain. He has taught courses at many events including the Bitcoin Training Conference, RMISC, the OECD Global Blockchain Policy Forum and the London Blockchain Summit, sharing his expertise on cryptographic custody, blockchain security, and regulatory compliance.
